Honey bee Therapy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you may be charged 50% of the booking cost
Gift Vouchers are available with a minimum of £25 and are valid for 6 months. We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cash and cheque (voucher will only be validated once payment has cleared )payments for vouchers. Gift Vouchers are subject to Cancellation terms and conditions, as stated above and This offer can NOT be used in Conjunction with any other offers
Health Check Questionnaires
All clients are required to fill out a medical form prior to treatments. For some medical conditions treatments may have to be adapted or a suitable alternative arranged.
I have the right to refuse treatments that are contraindicated by any medical conditions.
For some treatments a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to to ensure no sensitivity to the product exists. Honey Bee Holistic Beauty Therapy will not perform any treatments where as satisfactory patch test has not been carried out.
Freelance Contracts .
All invoices for freelance services must be paid within 14 days . Ongoing contracts will be invoiced on a weekly basis. Cancellations of freelance work with less that 24 hours notice will be invoiced for the shift booked . Clients will be invoiced for the full period the therapist is onsite this includes lunch breaks and also treatment gaps .
A non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your pamper date. This is to be paid via paypal or bank transfer.Upon receiving your booking form we will send you a deposit invoice via email and will provisionally book you party date. Until a deposit payment is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book.. Upon receiving your deposit we will send you a further invoice for the outstanding amount due to be on the party date. Please note the only method of payment on the party date is cash.
For Ladies pamper parties will also send you a treatments booking form. We require a minimum spend of £100 for ladies pamper party bookings you can book less if you wish but you will be charged £100 .
Your are required to pre-book all treatments at least 7 days before the party date. Whilst we will always try to accommodate last minute treatments changes we would advise you to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Once your pamper party date has been confirmed, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual cancellations, unwanted treatments or no shows. Prices are a per person price and can not be shared between or split between party guests .Any parking charges will be charged to the client. If you experiencing cold or flu like symptom please reschedule your booking . Masks are now a requirement for treatments except for facials or clients under 13. Therapist will wear a mask and visor . For group bookings we can only accommodate 6 clients at 1 venue with the current guidelines as of Monday 14th September. This could be subject to change.
