After you have contacted use with a treatment list – you will be sent a Rota of treatments so everyone is aware of the time of their treatments.
Once this has been confirmed, the treatments cannot be changed on the day, due to time constraints and the products that the Therapists have specifically packed to bring with them.
You will be required to pay a per person non refundable deposit – then simply pay your Therapist the remainder of the cost on the day.
If a travel surcharge has been agreed – that will be requested at the end of the pamper party.
When thinking about where to have your treatments – we appreciate you wont know much about the size of the rooms till you arrive. But generally we prefer to work in separate rooms for privacy with clients. Ideally with enough space to put up a treatment couch in a quiet area of the house if possible. Most importantly the room needs to be warm enough for you to lie and be able to relax.
