During pregnancy the body changes faster than at any other time; it can be a wonderful time in a woman’s life but can bring its problems. It is a great time to have a massage and this can be hugely beneficial for the mum-to-be. However, every woman is different and every pregnancy is different so you must take this into account as her therapist. As soon as she knows she is pregnant you can start to help your client manage symptoms without taking drugs which can be harmful to baby. Massage can help manage symptoms and help your client stay drug free during pregnancy.

Pregnancy Massage Training Pre-requisites:
A massage qualification eg Swedish or Aromatherapy is required
CPD points: 11 (1 day),
Assessment: Observation of treatment and written assessment on the day of the course.
What’s included? All products and equipment supplied on the day, comprehensive course manual, accredited certificate.
Models: courses will still run if there is only one student but you will need to bring a friend or family member on whom to practise. It is the responsibility of the student to find a model/s. If there is more than one student attending you will practise on each other.
Prices:
1 day course – £130 (Please pay a deposit of £35 to book your course; the balance of £95 is payable to 10 days before training date)
